New accommodation for Intervracht at Businesspark 7Poort in Zevenaar
Intervracht Nederland B.V. is expanding its operations. Its branches in Didam and Zevenaar will merge into new business premises at BusinessPark 7Poort in Zevenaar. On Friday 31 March, the purchase agreement was signed by an investor and Burgomaster Jeroen Staatsen on behalf of the town of Zevenaar. The premises cover 6,143 m² at Stationspoort. We intend to have our new accommodation completed not later than early 2018.
One of Intervracht's long-standing business relations is acting as an investor, which has partly made the new accommodation possible. The logistics centre of approx. 2,500 m² will be built at a prominent location near the entrance to BusinessPark 7Poort. An important reason for selecting BusinessPark 7Poort was especially its strategic position between Rotterdam, Amsterdam and the German hinterland. Apart from this, the representative image of BusinessPark 7Poort was a determining factor.
