Acquisition of Rotra LLC in Chicago by Delmar International

Intervracht Nederland BV was founded in 1999 by a joint venture between Rotra LLC in Chicago and Interfracht Germany. Director-shareholder of Intervracht Nederland BV Jörg Töpfer: “The current directors / owners of Rotra LLC in Chicago have been looking for succession of their company for some time to ensure the continuity of the company. This has resulted in a sale as of March, 1st 2020 to Delmar International. The sea groupage and air freight consolidation services between Chicago and the Netherlands are the basis and an important part of our business operations in Zevenaar. ”
